From Ponte Soubeyran, proceed along the cross-country skiing track. Cross the little bridge and go uphill through the valley until you reach the dirt road towards Maurin, at Grange Ciarviera level.
After the bend, take the left towards south-east, in Valle dell’Infernetto.
Proceed until a plateau, where you will find a crossroads. Take again the left and pass along a long slope.
Reach and cross the plateau (where in summer there are some little lakes) and proceed towards the North, until you reach the end of the valley. Proceed on the left along the slope that will bring you to Colle Ciaslaras.
Reach the peak and proceed on the right, crossing the hollow along the southern ridge.
The descent: take the ascent again and pay attention to the descent from the pass.
Crossing: From Colle Ciaslaras you might want to reach Grange Ciarviera, going down to north along Valle del Maurin.
